Boulder County AIDS ProjectDMS offered clinical supervision and programmatic oversight to the case managers at Boulder County AIDS Project (BCAP). The focus is on providing case managers with enhanced knowledge, skill and confidence in providing direct client services. DMS has continued working with BCAP on smaller projects. |

Colorado Department of Public Health and EnvironmentDMS worked in partnership with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to improve the services provided to those living with HIV/AIDS in the State of Colorado. This partnership is entering its second year and consists of different levels of clinical trainings and staff development. |

National Epilepsy FoundationDMS assisted in the creation of a nation-wide, psycho- educational program for parents of teens with epilepsy with the Epilepsy Foundation. DMS assisted in writing and editing program content, training pilot program facilitators, measuring the impact of the program, finalizing the program content, and developing an online training course for facilitators. |

Northern Colorado AIDS ProjectDMS assisted Northern Colorado AIDS Project (NCAP) in organizational enhancement and clinical supervision during a transitional period. DMS also provided services focused on managerial and programmatic development with a focus on enhancing the quality of internal processes and client services. |

Western Colorado AIDS ProjectDMS assisted Western Colorado AIDS Project (WCAP) in conducting a needs assessment in a four county region in Western Colorado to assess the HIV/AIDS prevention needs of that area. DMS continues to work with WCAP on a variety of smaller projects. |
