DMS has provided a wonderful opportunity for me to bring my skills and passion to assist the work of many diverse organizations. It is a pleasure to work with so many skilled and dedicated people and programs.
I am both a systems thinker and a practical implementer. I approach all of my work with a compassionate understanding of the suffering and struggle faced by so many people in our society, and with insight into the hard work non-profits and government agencies are tasked to complete. I bring 15 years of non-profit direct service and management experience including program development, implementation and evaluation, grant compliance and accountability, implementation and development of data management systems, and integration of meaningful quality improvement work into large collaborative systems and direct service programs. Guided and intentional collaboration among all levels of staff and consumers is key to the work I do to raise enthusiasm for the work of quality improvement, to assist organizations to meet the needs of diverse consumers, and provide evidence based, quality services to the communities they serve. Melinda Marasch, LCSW
It is my honor to work for DMS, as I am allowed to do exciting work with the amazing, compassionate people in the nonprofit world! It has been my life’s passion to help others, first as a psychotherapist and now as a consultant.
I am the clinical person on our staff. I specialize in clinical supervision in the form of training (in-person and online), as well as individual and group sessions. We serve licensed and unlicensed individuals, as well as programs and organizations. I have expertise in many areas, including HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, mental illnesses and much more.
